Picnic Area

The wind began to pick up a little more, making Esme look up. A soft pout came to her lips as she saw clouds forming in the distance.
"Oh no, I thought the weather would be nice all day. We better get going before it starts raining."
Her voice dropped at the last part, she hated rain. Now more then ever she hated it, for ruining such a lovely moment.

"Where would you like to go, love?" Carefully Melinoe unwrapped herself from around Esme before starting to clean up their stuff from their lunch, a soft smile on her face as she waited for Esme's response.

Esme smiled softly standing and helping Mel pack everything away.
"Well, would you like to come over for a little while? I hate the rain and I hate being out when it rains. We could watch a movie or something, I'm up for anything really."
She dug into the pocket of her sundress to find her car keys, sad that she had to drive home with the top up. Esme lover having the wind in her face as she drove, oh well another day.

Melinoe smiled brightly at Esme. "I would love it if you came over. We could watch a movie like you said, or...Would you like to meet the real me...?" She Folded up the cloth and placed it in the basket; digging her own keys out.

The real her? Esme glanced over at Mel, a thoughtful look on her face.
"The real you? I would love to know the real you."
Esme smiled fully turning to Mel, knowing what she meant for sure. She was not afraid, she wanted to accept every aspect of Melinoe.

Melinoe smiled softly at Esme. "Then we shall do something a little different today." She leaned forward and stole a quick kiss from Esme. "I will see you at my house, my love." She walked off towards her motorcycle, curious as to if she'd make it home before the rain started. She secured the basket once more, placed her helmet on, and started up the bike before peeling away.

Esme smiled and returned the kiss, feeling her heart beat a little faster when Mel called her love. For a very brief moment she watched Mel peel away, thinking how much fun it would be to have a motorcycle of her own. She quickly though got into her own vehicle, following Mel to her home.
